Production Services

The Production Services section supports the operational processes of the City's financial systems such as payroll, budget, purchasing, miscellaneious receivables, utility billing, tax billing and collections and the corresponding procedural documentation. This group manages system and site security precedures as well as environmental controls. The responsibility for data back-ups, disaster recovery, off-site storage and media retention lies with Production Services. Staff members also manage the high-volume printing requirements for payrolls, purchase orders, elections and many customized reports.
