The City of Worcester, through the City Manager's Executive Office of Economic Development is offering for sale the real property located at 95 Grand Street. The City is seeking a qualified Purchaser/Developer to redevelop the property. The successful bidder of the RFP will be assigned Preferred Developer status, at which time documents will be drafted regarding the transfer and development of this property in accordance with this RFP and accepted proposal contents.
The site is zoned Manufacturing General 2.0 (MG-2.0) with an Adaptive Reuse Overlay. Redevelopment must be consistent with permitted by-right uses and special permit uses within the zoning districts and in conformance with all restrictions under Section I: Declaration of Restrictions.
Minimum Proposal Offer = $200,000.00
