The assessment date for Fiscal 2012 is January 1, 2011. All changes regarding ownership, property class, etc. made after this date are not reflected in the search results.

The City has collected and verified parcel information on all of its properties and has produced a proposed property value for Fiscal Year 2012. This value is pending preliminary certification from the Commonwealth's Department of Revenue.
