City of Worcester Flammable/Propane Storage Permits may be renewed through our online payment partner UniBank Government Services by using checking account information (EFT), MasterCard or Discover cards.
The Worcester Fire Department issues permits for the storage of flammable solids, liquids, or gasses and for the storage of propane. If you currently have a permit for one of the previous materials, you must renew this permit annually upon receiving an invoice from the Worcester Fire Department. The new permit will be mailed to your billing address within 30 days. An inspection may be required at the discretion of the Chief.

Renewal Fee: $50.00 annually.

NOTE: License Renewal may also be completed at the Fire Prevention Office, 25 Meade Street, or via US Mail. The renewal invoice must accompany a check or money order made out to "City of Worcester."
