City of Worcester Certificates of Municipal Liens may be ordered through our online payment partner UniBank Government Services by using checking account information (EFT), MasterCard or Discover cards.

The Treasurer & Collector of Taxes will complete the certificate and return it to you within ten (10) business days of the receipt of your request. If you have questions on ordering a CML, please contact the office by email treasurer@worcesterma.gov or call (508) 799-1075 x1087. The Treasurer & Collector of Taxes is open weekdays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Certificates cost: Varies.

$25.00 - Residential (1-3 Units/Land no Buildings)
$100.00 - Residential (4 or more Units)
$150.00 - Commercial/Industrial/Utility/Non-Residential
