Q:
I have never done business with the City or WPS before and would like to know how I can do so.
 A:

Please refer to the Guide To Purchasing (69KB) booklet available on this website for details. The Purchasing Division posts all open bids, quotes and request-for-proposals on its website. All may be downloaded from the website. Interested bidders may also register their business online for email alerts that will occur when bid opportunities arise in the category(ies) registered.

As a potential new vendor, how do I introduce a new product or service to City departments or Worcester Public Schools?

Please provide all relevant information. The Purchasing Division will share this information with the relevant departments and agencies and you will be contacted for more details if interest exists.

 A:

This information is contained on the Purchasing Division web page.

Q:
How can I find out who bid on a particular bid, what the results were and who was awarded the bid?
 A:

This information is contained on the City's website under the link "Closed Bids."
