Q:
I have already paid a ticket. Why am I being charged for it again?
 A:

If you believe you have paid a ticket that you are being billed for you must contact the Parking Administration Office. The Parking Administration Office will request that you submit proof of payment, a receipt or if payment was made by check, a copy of the front and back of the cancelled check. Credit will be given to the account once the research is done and the proof of payment is verified.
