The Cable Services Division is responsible for receiving and processing cable complaints, monitoring compliance with the cable operator and Public, Education and Government Access entities and operating the Government Access Channel.

Q:
When do City Council meetings air?
 A:

City Council meetings air live on Tuesday nights at 7:00 PM, or on special dates when scheduled, and replay Saturdays at 7:00 PM.

Q:
When do the Standing Committee meetings air?
 A:

The Standing Committee meetings are televised live when they are scheduled and replay Friday nights at 9:00 PM in the order they occurred during the week.

Q:
I missed this week's City Council or Standing Committee meeting. How can I see it?
 A:

You can find your program on our weekly Channel 12 schedule or you can watch it online right now through our Video Archives.

Q:
I have a complaint against Charter. What should I do?
 A:

Are Boards & Commissions videos available to view online?
 A:

Currently four Boards & Commissions videos are viewable online - Conservation Commission, Historical Commission, Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals. You can only view the most current meeting video.

Q:
When do Conservation Commission, Historical Commission, Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals meetings air on Channel 12?
 A:

These four Boards/Commissions air on the Sunday after they meet beginning at 8:00 PM. The meetings will replay in the order in which they occurred during the preceding week.
