Citrix Logon Instructions for IE10 and Above

If you are using the latest version of Internet Explorer, you may have trouble getting onto the Citrix Portal for the City.

If you get a black screen when trying to get into Citrix, please do the following:

  1. Click "Tools" (button that resembles a cog wheel), then go to "Compatibility View" settings.
  2. In the add line, enter "" then click add and close.
  3. Now the Citrix Portal should be visible.
