No Delay for Trash and Recycling Pickup in Worcester on Independence Day Holiday, Millbury Street Residential Drop-off Site Closed for Independence Day Holiday

There will be no delay to the collection of trash and recycling in the City of Worcester on Monday, July 5, 2021. Trash and recycling pickup will continue as scheduled and will not be affected by the Independence Day Holiday. The rest of the week will also remain on a normal schedule.


The Residential Drop-off Site located at 1065 Millbury Street will be closed on Sunday, July 4, 2021 and Monday, July 5, 2021 in observance of the Independence Day holiday. There will be no compost pickup, household recycling or yard waste drop-off available on Sunday, July 4. There will be no compost pickup or household recycling drop-off available on Monday, July 5. The site will resume normal operation on Tuesday, July 6, 2021.
