DPW&P Customer Service Center Welcome to the support hub for the Department of Public Works & Parks! Here you will find resources to assist in solving Public Works related problems and issues, reporting issues of public safety or concern, and even a means of chatting live online with a Customer Service Member to discuss other matters.

Please note, the normal hours of operation for our Customer Service Center at 76 East Worcester Street are Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Hours may be extended during winter storms or other City emergencies. Customer Service may be reached by calling (508) 929-1300, you may email dpw@worcesterma.gov or you may submit service requests 24x7 via the Online Customer Service Center for abandoned vehicles, potholes, litter and much more.
