Fairmont Park is located atop Poet Laureate Hill off of Grove Street. Largely a neighborhood park, it has a playground, circular half basketball court and a picnic area. This park also features amazing views of downtown Worcester. In addition, Fairmont Park has an amphitheater and occasionally hosts various events at the park.
Get some friends together for a little basketball game on this uniquely shaped court! The circular basketball court is perfect for a quick game to get some exercise or to improve your skills and practice.

Ramshorn Island is a small island on Lake Quinsigamond. It is located on the south side of the Burns Bridge. While many of the islands on Lake Quinsigamond are privately owned, Ramshorn Island is owned by the City of Worcester; therefore it is open to public use.
Located just north of I-290 and Brittan Square, this 26 acre park offers a baseball diamond, two ponds, one that you can ice skate on in the winter, sledding hills when there is snow, and a multipurpose field which mostly hosts football games in the fall and soccer games in the spring.
Holmes Field is an 8-acre park located on Plantation Street, named after Pehr G. Holmes. It features a ball field, playground, hockey court and picnic area. It is home of the Nick Manzello Baseball Diamond. Part of Holmes Field is under construction, but soon there will be new amenities!
