    Grove St. – Install approximately 193’ feet of (1) 4” SCH 40 PVC conduit from the Charter Vault in front of 229 Grove St. and heading northwest down Grove St. to Dead End and cap in roadway. In addition also install approximately 182’ of (1) 4” SCH 40 PVC Conduit from the Charter Vault in front of 229 Grove St. and head northwest up North St. to Dead End and cap in roadway.

    244 Grafton St. trenching down Barclay St. - To install approximately 100 linear feet of 1-4” SCH40 PVC conduit. Starting at Verizon Manhole #6080 in front of property at 263 Grafton St. trenching across Grafton St. and going south down Barclay St. to Pole #4-2 at property of 244 Grafton St.

    One of two meeting chambers situated in Worcester City Hall, this room is named after Esther Howland (1828 - 1904) an artist and businesswoman who was responsible for popularizing Valentine's Day greeting cards in America. Although Valentine's Day cards had been available in America for more than half a century before Esther started her business she was the first person to ever commercialize them in America. Her valentines became renowned throughout the United States and she was called "The Mother of the American Valentine".
