Board/Commission Functions	The Board is responsible for drawing the lines on the City's Official Zoning Map. It has responsibility for enforcing subdivision control laws as well as site plan review. It enforces the provisions of Chapter 40A and 41 of the General Laws as they apply to land use, and is included as a participating agency in the review process of the Massachusetts Environmental Protection Act.
