Board/Commission Functions	The Commission has two main statutory responsibilities: enforcement of the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act as well as local enforcement of the City of Worcester Wetlands Protection Ordinance. The Commission is also a participating agency in the review process of the Massachusetts Environmental Protection Act.
