The City of Worcester will host an opening reception for the No Evil Project photo exhibit highlighting City employees on Tuesday, November 20 at 5:30 p.m. on the first floor of City Hall, 455 Main Street.
The No Evil Project is a nonprofit organization that uses art to help people find commonality despite their differences as well as challenge stereotypes.
Each participant poses as the Three Wise Monkeys: See No Evil, Hear No Evil, and Speak No Evil. They then pick three labels that describe themselves and write a good deed they’ve done to show that they’re “not evil.”
Created by Troy B. Thompson, the No Evil Project has photographed more than 8,000 people at companies, colleges, high schools, festivals and organizations.
The 40 City of Worcester employees featured in the exhibit demonstrate not only the individuality and diversity of those serving the City, but also their good deeds and how their varying backgrounds contribute to addressing the diverse needs of the Worcester community.
