Coes Pond at John J. Binienda Memorial Beach, 180 Mill St., reopens to the public today after being closed last week due to high E. coli bacteria sample results.
Lab results have determined the pond is now safe for swimming and recreational activities.
The beach is open daily, 12-7 p.m.
