A virtual public meeting to solicit feedback and input on the redesigning of Chandler Street will be held Thursday, Sept. 9, 7-8:30 p.m.
The redesign will encompass the section of Chandler Street between Main Street and Park Avenue, and is being done in partnership between the City of Worcester and the state Department of Transportation (MassDOT). The estimated $9.2-million project will be done in two phases, with Phase 1 extending from Main Street to Queen Street. Construction is expected to start in 2025.
