Governor Baker has signed a bill authorizing on-premises licensees to sell malt beverages and wine for off-premises consumption for the duration of the Governor's declared state of emergency.
Sales must accompany an order for food, and are subject to additional restrictions. Existing on-premises licensees may take advantage of these regulations, subject to the requirements and conditions stipulated, without further action by the Worcester License Commission.
