Chairperson Councilor Pacillo recognized Councilor Toomey, who discussed the impact of redlining and importance of the arts with Speaker #1.

Chairperson Councilor Pacillo recognized Councilor Haxhiaj, who discussed the process to address the proposal and whether the program requires funding from the city with the Assistant Commissioner of Public Works and Parks.

Chairperson Councilor Pacillo brought forth the following two (2) Chairman’s Orders: 1) Request City Manager request City Solicitor provide City Council with a report concerning the feasibility of designating wayfinder markers throughout the city based on the ordinances; and 2) Request City Manager meet with George Killebrew in order to discuss the “Worcester Renaissance Plan.”

Chairperson Councilor Pacillo moved for a roll call vote to recommend the item be filed.
