The Committee recommended that Millbury St. remain a One Way Street.

Chairman's Orders

Request Commissioner of Public Works & Parks install signage to direct motorists to Millbury St. at the following locations: 1) in Kelley Square, 2) various appropriate locations in Harding St. and 3) at the off ramp of Rte. 146. Further, request the Commissioner of Public Works and Parks to install signage directing motorists to the Municipal Off Street Parking Area.

Petition of Councilor Philip P. Palmieri request an investigation as to the feasibility of limiting right turns into Davidson Rd. from Burncoat St. from 7am to 9 am on weekdays and limiting left turns into Davidson Rd. from North Parkway from 4pm to 6pm on weekdays.

Request Mayor on behalf of the City Council send a letter to the Frederick Eppinger, President of Hanover Insurance, and invite him to the next Traffic & Parking Committee meeting to discuss the traffic flow in and out of Hanover Insurance and encourage the use of the newly constructed traffic light off of Lincoln St. to relieve traffic into residential streets like Davidson Rd. and North Parkway.
