Petition of Fernando Cardoso request extension of sewer connection from Southwest Cutoff to 25 Eskow Rd. # 8h CC January 16, 2024

Chairperson Councilor Russell read the item and recognized the following speaker:
1. Barry Yaceshyn, No residence given, spoke in favor of the item

Chairperson Councilor Russell recognized the Assistant Commissioner of Public Works and Parks, who provided the recommendation to approve at the cost of the petitioner, pending completion of the DPWP Engineering utility permitting process, including execution of as utility extension agreement.

Chairperson Councilor Russell then discussed the plans concerning the construction and usage of sewer connection for 25 Eskow Road with the Commissioner of Public Works and Parks and speaker #1.

Chairperson Councilor Russell moved to accept the recommendation.
