Chairperson Councilor Russell then discussed the private status of the requested portion of Acton St. and the needs for discussion with local property owners concerning the associated costs of private street conversion with the DPW Engineering, Speaker #2, the Commissioner of Public Works and Parks and Councilor Bergman.

Chairperson Councilor Russell recognized the Commissioner of Public Works and Parks, who discussed the associated costs of converting the private section of Acton St. to public with the DPW Engineer, Councilor Bergman, Speaker #2 and Speaker #3.

Chairperson Councilor Russell discussed the usage of the sanitary sewer by the petitioner and the water filter process at the car wash with Speaker #1 and the Commissioner of Public Works and Parks.

Chairperson Councilor Russell recognized the Commissioner of Public Works and Parks, who provided the recommendation to approve sanitary sewer main extension in accordance with City standards at applicant’s cost.
