Chairperson Councilor Russell read the item and recognized the DPW Assistant Commissioner, who provided a recommendation for the item to be given leave to withdraw.

Chairperson Councilor Russell brought forth the following Chairmanís Order: Request City Manager request Commissioner of Public Works and Parks give priority to the reinstallation of a guardrail in front of 38 Piedmont St.

Chairperson Councilor Russell moved to accept the recommendation on a voice vote.

Chairperson Councilor Russell recognized Councilor Toomey, who discussed wooden guardrails with metal reinforcements with the DPW Assistant Commissioner.

Chairperson Councilor Russell then discussed the timeline for the installation of the guardrails with the DPW Assistant Commissioner.
