Report of the Planning Board Upon the Communication of the City Manager recommending adoption of an Order relative to the discontinuance of a portion of Foster Street Right of Way. # 15b CC August 13, 2019

Hearing - Extinguish Portion Sewer Easement

Petition of Robert E. Longden, Esq on behalf of Assumption College request to extinguish a portion of the existing sewer easement located at 500 Salisbury St. # 8e CC July 23, 2019

Chairman Councilor Russell read the item. At the request of the Chair, Mr. Moosey provide information regarding the project and had no objection to the request; The Chair recognized Attorney Mark Bornstein who was present and spoke in support of the request and also answered questions from the committee. Also present was Chris Keenan of Quinn Engineering. The Chair recommended the request be approved. Recommendation approved on a voice vote.
