Quality of life has been negatively affected for more than 5 years, because this inappropriate activity continues to operate in close proximity to residents and businesses in the Hope Avenue Neighborhood.

30.     Order of Councillor Juan A Gomez – Request Administration to evaluate the feasibility of re-evaluating the leaf collection program to one requiring leaves to be bagged by residents and then collected by DPW.  Further, with the funds saved, request Administration consider purchasing bags to be given to property owners.
