1.       Petition of Todd Rodman, Attorney on behalf of Belmont St. African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church and Sem Aykanian, Attorney on behalf of Jon Lupien request to release the easement for street purposes over the subdivision road located in the Kettlebrook Trace Subdivision.

          #16 CC November 12, 2002

Recommend Approval of and Order for the release of the easement.

 

2.       Petition of Ben Ogunjobi request to extend water line from Apricot St. approximately 120 feet to service lot 4 on Goddard Memorial Dr. Work to be done at petitioner's expense.

          #11 CC September 24, 2002

Recommend Approval in accordance with a prior agreement and to the

specifications of the Commissioner of the Department of Public Works.

 

3.       Petition of Fred Hanna request 300 ft water line extension at Lot A & B on Coburn Ave. at owner's expense and in accordance with DPW specifications and prior agreement on file at Dept of Public Works.

Recommend Approval in accordance with a prior agreement and to the

specifications of the Commissioner of the Department of Public Works.

 

All three items were taken under a Suspension of the Rules of the City Council at their meeting of December 3, 2002, accepted and approved as recommended.
