Please make a note that when the Commissioner of DPW reports to CC concerning the construction of Joseph Street, that all the abutters in this listing be notified when it is heard by the Committee.

 

6.       Petition of Councillor Timothy P. Murray and Councillor Stephen T. Patton on behalf of Rabbi Hershel Fogelman request DPW install catch basin in front of Yeshiva Academy and Synagogue at 22 Newton Ave.

Recommend Approval and add to the list for funding for installation of a catch basin.

 

7.          Petition of Samuel R DeSimone, Attorney on behalf of Hill Financial 

Services request authority to enter into a prior agreement with the City of Worcester through its Department of Public Works to construct at its expense the extension of sanitary and surface water lines from its property on Wrentham Rd across property of the City of Worcester to connect with the sanitary and surface water lines on Columbine St a public street in accordance with standards set by the Department of Public Works.

agreement between the party and the City of Worcester.

 

8.       Communication of the City Manager relative to the tentative agreement between the Upper Blackstone Water Pollution Abatement District and the Environmental Protection Agency regarding the discharge permit and plan implementation.
