1.       Petition of Sam Adams, Manager, Worcester Lincoln LLC request to alter Lincoln St. according to approved MS engineering plans, in conjunction with the Beals & Thomas Plans for Lincoln Plaza at the expense of Worcester Lincoln LLC.
