To solicit input from Worcester residents and businesses with respect to the cable operator, Charter Communications, performance as well as the future needs and interests of cable television service.
The Chairperson convened the ascertainment hearing @ 5:13 p.m. and heard a presentation from the current cable provider Charter Communications representatives Tom Cohan, Heidi Vanderbrook and Michael Marcy.
