To solicit input from Worcester residents and businesses with respect to the cable operator, Charter Communications, performance as well as the future needs and interests of cable television service.

The Chairperson convened the ascertainment hearing @ 5:13 p.m. and heard a presentation from the current cable provider Charter Communications representatives Tom Cohan, Heidi Vanderbrook and Michael Marcy. The following people appeared and registered their support for WCCA, Channel 13: Virginia Ryan, Ronal Madnick, Randell Ormo, Luz E. Tomey, Charles der Kazarian, Joseph S. Chairman's Orders

Request the City Manager investigate and report to the City Council the feasibility of broadcasting channels 11, 12 and 13 beyond the City of Worcester boundaries.
