Chairman's Orders

Request City Manager request the WRTA Administrator provide the City Council with a synopsis concerning the different programs the WRTA offers the general public and the impacts to the WRTA's new pricing, and further request that this report include the period July, 2008 through January, 2009.

Request City Manager request the WRTA Administrator report to the City Council concerning the feasibility of utilizing the Local Carpenters Union community service projects apprentice programs to build bus shelters in certain areas within Worcester if the city is willing to provide the materials to complete the projects.

Request City Manager request the WRTA Administrator to schedule a meeting with the residents of Colony Retirement Home on Holden Street to discuss the process of using WRTA's Flex Route and Fixed Route service options, and further request a meeting notification be sent to the City Council.
