Order of Councilor Philip P. Palmieri , Councilor Paul P. Clancy Jr. and Councilor Joseph M. Petty - Request City Manager, Police Chief and/or the License Commission consider adding a voluntary or mandatory condition to alcohol licensing that would allow for proprietors to scan patrons with a wand in an effort to detect concealed knives and other weapons, all in the interest of improving safety in businesses across the City.
