Request City Manager report to City Council concerning the details of the plan to adjust the timing of traffic signals at those intersections where surveillance cameras are planned to be installed so that yellow light times are increased in an effort to reduce the possibility of error issuing citations for red light violations and also to report to the City Council concerning adjustments to the sequencing of traffic signals for better traffic flow on major arteries.
