Chairman's Orders

Request the Chairs of all the City Council Standing Committees notify the Chair of the Commission on Disabilities when any item concerning ADA issues are heard by the committee.

Request City Manager request the Commission on Disabilities poll their members to determine areas of lack of interest or frustration relative to duties as members of the Commission.

Request City Manager request the Commission of Parks, Recreation and Cemetery to conduct all their meetings at City Hall or the Worcester Public Library for the purpose of making the location more accessible to public transportation and further, request these meetings be televised.

That the City Council Standing Committees on Public Health & Human Services and Youth, Parks & Recreation will hereby meet jointly with the consultant to be hired to review the City's ADA Transition Plan and discuss his/her recommendations.
