incorporating the findings of the HIV AIDS/Hepatitis C Task Force.
Chairmanís Order request the Administration clarify for the City Council that if the City of Worcester is in a position to accept state dollars for AIDS education and prevention, that a referral to a community that has a needle exchange program is acceptable and appropriate for the acceptance of said funds.
