At 5:35 p.m.the Committee reconvened the hearing that was recessed on October 21, 2004. The City Manager presented concerning the HHS and DPW/facilities sections of the proposed re-organization plan. The following people spoke:
1. Barbara T. White, 38 Upland Gardens Drive, Worcester
2. John Stewart, 30 Scandinavia Drive, Worcester
Chairman’s Order request the City Manager request the City Solicitor to report to the City Council whether Article 3, section 11B in any way conflicts with the provisions of the Green Trust documents.
At 6:50 the Committee recessed the hearing to Tuesday, November 16, 2004 @ 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chamber
