The Committee recessed on a roll call of 3-0 @ 6:28 p,m. to meet in Executive Session in the Managerís Office to 

discuss his compensation package. The Chair announced that the Committee will only reconvene in open session for 

the purpose of adjourning.

 

The Committee recessed from Executive Session @ 7:16 p.m. and adjourned.
