Report of the Planning Board Upon the Communication of the City Manager recommend adoption of proposed zoning map amendment extends the Business, General 2.0 (BG-2.0) zone from Park Avenue to remove the legacy Manufacturing, Limited 1.0 (ML-1.0) zone that reflected the former use of Coes Knife, which is now Coes Park and Playground. # 15b CC September 12, 2023

Chairperson Councilor Rose recognized the Chief Development Officer, who provided an overview of the item and provided the recommendation to approve the item as amended to remove 271 Mill St. from the zoning amendment.

Chairperson Councilor Rose recognized Councilor King, who discussed the recommended changes for the proposed zoning map amendment with the Chief Development Officer.

Chairperson Councilor Rose moved for a roll call vote to accept the recommendation.

Recommend Approval as Amended to remove 271 Mill St. from the zoning amendment on a roll call vote of 3 Yeas and 0 Nays

Report of the Planning Board Upon the Amended Petition of Brendan Gove and John D. Barry request to amend the city's zoning map by extending the BG-3.0 zoning district and the CCOD-E to wholly encompass the property at 0 Grafton St. # 15a CC September 12, 2023
