Chairperson Councilor Rose recognized Councilor Rivera, who discussed the lack of community discussion concerning the item and the needs for surrounding community input on the item.

Chairperson Councilor Rose recognized Councilor King, who discussed whether the Planning Board vote for the item was unanimous, the internal planning and structuring concerning Council’s request for design review with the Assistant Chief Development Officer and the Chief Development Officer.

Chairperson Councilor Rose recognized Councilor King, who discussed with the zoning consideration process by the Historical Commission and the possibility of increasing multifamily dwelling capacity with the Assistant Chief Development Officer and the Chief Development Officer.
