Request City Manager report to City Council whether or not a change of use, for the purpose of a short term accessory rental at a residential or mix use properties, could result in making this rental space applicable to taxes that are imposed on businesses.

Request City Manager report how rentals to a non-family members whose stay is longer than thirty days in residential homes are regulated.

Request City Manager report how ADA compliances are or are not applied to short term accessory rentals in residential homes and does this application conform to fair housing laws.
