Request City Manager bring to City Council a presentation regarding municipal aggregation in advance of the budget sessions next year and before any commitments are made for the purpose of demonstrating to everyone how all aspects of this program works.

Request City Manager provide City Council with a chart comparing what municipal aggregation can offer with other electric supply company providers.
