Order of Councilor Tony Economou request City Manager provide Economic Development Committee, at its meeting on March 31, 2015, with information concerning: 1) who is responsible for overseeing the Developer of the property located at 2 Main Street and their construction practices 2) whether or not the Developer and their contractors are carrying workman’s compensation insurance and not paying members under the table, and 3) determine if the Developer is following acceptable construction practices and safety measures to ensure safety for all parties involved. # 13c CC March 24, 2015
