Report of the Planning Board Upon the Petition of Attorney Todd Rodman on behalf of White Picket Fence LLC request amendment to Zoning Ordinance of the City of Worcester to allow the conversion of existing school buildings to residential uses in all districts.

Recommend Acceptance of the recommendation of the Planning Board and Approve
Report of the Planning Board Upon the Communication of the City Manager recommending approval of a Revised Zoning Ordinance Amendment relative to Commercial Corridors Overlay District that encourages compact, mixed-use, pedestrian friendly development.

Director of Planning & Regulatory Services submitted an amendment to Section 5(A)(1) to allow by Special Permit a Auto/Truck body or paint use if the building was built for this purpose and still has retained physical characteristics for this use.
Committee amended the amendment to include the stipulation that the building existed before 1950.
