Request City Manager request City Solicitor provide a report regarding the City’s ability to designate parking spaces for food truck vendors.

Request City Manager provide a report regarding the fee structures used for food truck vendors in Boston, Massachusetts, Lowell, Massachusetts, Providence, Rhode Island and Portland, Maine.

Request City Manager request appropriate staff from Parks, Recreation and Cemetery and from Cultural Development work together in order to determine plans for the use of multiple food trucks in the City’s parks.

Request City Manager report on previous Chairman’s Orders put forth during the October 23, 2013 Economic Development Committee meeting pertaining to the City’s development of a new Food Truck Ordinance.
