Request City Clerk invite representatives from the Division of Banks and the Attorney General's Office to a future meeting of the Standing Committee on Economic Development to discuss the foreclosure mediation process.
Request City Manager provide the City Council with the most recently developed Foreclosure Mediation Ordinance based on best practices nationally incorporating the ordinance being implemented in the City of Lynn, MA and recommendations of the Worcester Area Foreclosure Task Force.
