Scott Ricker request the City Council to require the City Manager to adopt a policy that requires existing and/or new playgrounds on city property and in city parks comply with the minimum standards of 521 CMR, and, where it is readily achievable, to the existing and new construction of new playgrounds adhere to federal access laws for individuals with disabilities. # 10j CC September 04, 2012
