The Committee agreed to meet next on Tuesday, May 20, 2003 @ 6:30 pm. in the Council Chamber concerning the two Chairmanís Order concerning the G.A.R. Hall.
Chairmanís Order request the Administration provide the City Council with the projected short-term and long-term use of the Worcester Memorial Auditorium and the G.A.R. Hall.

Chairmanís Order request the City Manager consider placing preservation deed restrictions on the property known as G.A.R. Hall so that the historic nature and significance of the property is maintained, especially in the event the City conveys the property.
Chairmanís Order request the City Solicitor report to the City Council concerning the options available to the City in order that the historic integrity of the G.A.R. Hall is protected.
