1.       Report of the Planning Board Upon the Communication of the City Manager relative to Mason Street LLC’s proposal for the remediation and redevelopment of the long-vacant 47-48 Mason St. property for residential use with the construction of 13 home-ownership units.

Recommend Accept the recommendation of the Planning Board and Approval of an amended petition.

 

2.       Report of the Planning Board Upon the Petition of Attorney Jonathan Finkelstein requesting that the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Worcester be amended by altering the following areas from an MG-2.0 Zoning District to a BG Zoning District on properties on Madison St., Washington St., and Gold St.
