Chairman’s Order request the Administration provide the City Council with a list of the members appointed to the sub-committee on the inter-agency Committee on Homelessness.

 

Chairman’s Order request the Administration provide the City Council with a listing of the community leaders participating in the PIP cabinet.

 

Chairman’s Order request the Administration provide the City Council with a report regarding the average number and length of stay at the SMOC Framingham facility and how that might relate to their proposed operation of the Worcester facility.

 

Chairman’s Order request the Administration provide the City Council with the SMOC policies concerning exceeding capacity, and, as an overflow facility at the Framingham facility.

 

Chairman’s Order request the Administration provide the City Council with a listing and the number of emergency shelter beds identified as part of the City’s Emergency Response Plan.

Chairman’s Order request the Administration seek information from the Worcester Department of Public Health what is the appropriate collection and disposal method of illegal drug paraphernalia.

 

Chairman’s Order request the Administration provide the City council with an update on the cleaning efforts being conducted by the Youth Center staff in the PIP target area.

 

Chairman’s order request the Administration provide the City Council with a quarterly report on the fifteen point plan for the PIP.

 

Chairman’s Order request the Administration report to the City Council concerning the memorandum of understanding between SMOC and the City of Worcester and include information concerning the license transfer.
