Chairman’s Order request the Administration provide the City Council with information revealing who owns the option to purchase the property at 229 Southbridge Street.

 

Chairman’s Order request the Administration report to the City Council the options for taking authority over people who are taken into protective custody as well as the rights of the individual being taken into custody for their own protection and safety.

 

Chairman’s Order request the Administration provide support to the PIP Board so that a policy may be adopted concerning the screening of clients.

 

Chairman’s Order request the City Manager request the PIP Board continue to seek co-locaters at their present and future site for the clients to become better prepared to make the transition to the mainstream of society.
